LANVIN Launches Spring 2025 Collection

In its Spring 2025 collection, Lanvin reimagines its iconic “flou” technique, showcasing the brand’s unparalleled expertise in three-dimensional tailoring. Blending timeless elegance with contemporary elements, the collection introduces a range of day and evening wear, reinforcing Lanvin’s reputation as a brand of refined comfort for all occasions.

Characterized by playful designs, exquisite fabrics, and vibrant colors, the collection harmonizes shades of blush, silver lotus, and daffodil with linen, deep green, and verdigris. Silver lotus is utilized to highlight monochromatic pieces, creating texture with metallic elements alone. Occasionally, it also sparkles through details, such as when peeking from the collar of a grey relaxed-fit formal shirt paired with a linen skirt, merging comfort with sophistication. Women’s wear features double crepe and washed satin dresses and tops adorned with Art Deco-style jewelry, while the men’s collection showcases deconstructed jackets, shorts, and oversized trousers for a casual tailoring vibe. The layering of multi-collar formal shirts in men’s wear adds a soft, comfortable twist to classic professional attire. Additionally, Lanvin pairs clean-lined blazers with washed denim, striking a perfect balance between refinement and casual wear. For women, a similar effect is achieved by layering cotton button-up shirts with pleated draped jackets, creating a soft and comfortable aesthetic. The look is elevated with the addition of cotton scarves, ties, and structured jackets.

This season, bucket bags add a finishing touch to daytime looks, available in raffia, black, or linen. The brand’s iconic bags, rendered in the collection’s color palette, make them the perfect choice. The Mélodie Candy series reinterprets the classic Mélodie line in a playful and modern manner, introducing industrial elements to the collection.

Evening wear remains a highlight of the Lanvin collection, inspired by contemporary dance icons like Loïe Fuller, Isadora Duncan, and Pina Bausch. It continues the tradition of long, flowing, elegant dresses adorned with embroidery – each named after a musical theme, evoking the sensuality of dance movements.

The L’Été Lanvin capsule collection pays homage to Jeanne Lanvin and her daughter Marguerite’s summers in Beaulieu-sur-Mer. Vibrant and inspired by Armand Albert Rateau’s “Jardin Imaginaire,” the collection pairs new blush Art Deco botanical prints with ecru cotton poplin pieces embellished with English embroidery.
