This third single from the album showcases his signature soundscapes and hypnotic synthesizers, taking listeners on a nostalgic journey. The lyrics and beats resonate with pangs of regret, culminating in a cathartic surge. Saint DX explains, “Late is a reflection on the passage of time, on the fact that it’s never too late. For a long time I was angry with the whole world before I realized that it was about an inner revolution. It’s a cry of rage, but a liberating one.”
“Way Back Home” is now available for pre-order. Through his Unmixtape project (2021), which includes the hit “No Love,” the album will be available on vinyl and digital platforms on January 26. As the title suggests, it offers an introspective look at the artist’s life and work, inviting us into his universe. The album features collaborations with Ponko and Prinzly, making it an intimate and compelling listen.
